It’s very seldom that I actually get to work on other parts of a bike besides the wheels these days. This all changed last month when a customer asked me to get him a gravel frame from Nextie along with his new rims and hubs – and build his new bike for him.
As you can see, we chose an all-grey colour scheme for a classy but subtle aesthetic.
From now I’ll be offering these frames on special order, with exchange-rate dependant pricing of around R22 000 for frame, fork, seat post, seat post clamp, headset and integrated handlebar/stem combo.
The frames are set up for internal routing and includes thru-axles and universal derailleur hanger.
