Cyclus adjustable nipple driver

This small piece (2 pieces actually) of steel is an indispensible part of my wheel building arsenal. Essentially it ensures that all of the nipples are threaded onto the spokes the exact same amount. This helps to make sure that the wheel remains round after lacing and is easy to keep round as spoke tension increases.

I use it in an electric screwdriver and it takes around a minute per wheel to thread on each nipple to the same thread engagement once all spokes are laced into the rim. The benefit of starting with a really round rim is amazing and saves loads of time when tensioning the spokes.

There are other nipple drivers on the market, but this one works very well for me and at over 3 years old, shows no signs of wear.
