E-Bike wheels
E-bikes are heavy and fast – fun for the rider, but hard on the wheels (and chains. E-bikes eat chains)
If you ride an e-bike that you’ve invested heavily in, and feel that your wheels could do with an upgrade, get in touch and get a good deal this month.
The set that I’ve been able to put together above features the bulletproof Hope Pro4 hubs and the little-known 30mm-inner width HTZ rims from WTB.
As you can see from the picture above, the rims are made to be stronger than strong.
As always, I’ll use premium quality spokes for assembly, along with black brass nipples for durability and subtle good looks.

Let’s be real. Most mountain bikers don’t take massive drops and jumps, and ride mainly on gravel roads, jeep-track and singletrack which isn’t particularly technical.
