The wheels are assembled by hand to the highest standards of care and precision, using either double butted round or bladed spokes and black brass nipples.

Designed to be the ultimate carbon composite rim for the grueling multiday stage races we have on offer in South Africa yet still be light enough to race XC at the highest level. With its generous internal width of 28mm, the 29XC was engineered to work with a 2.2” to 2.4” tyre.

Rim Warranty:
All South Industries rims are covered by their LIFETIME WARRANTY to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship and they offer a LIFETIME CRASH REPLACEMENT policy.
The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not transfer to subsequent owners. Any additional costs related to the crash replacement, be it material or labour, is excluded. (effective from August 2019).
