Terms and Conditions

New wheels and custom builds

1. All new wheels come with a lifetime guarantee on workmanship. If the spokes lose tension or the wheel loses true, I’ll rectify the issue at no charge
2. The above point excludes crash or impact damage
3. All parts supplied by me are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties

Repairs and rebuilds of existing wheels

1. I do not take responsibility for any damage or failure of rims or hubs when repairing or rebuilding existing wheels, especially carbon rims which may show no signs of existing damage
2. I take no responsibility for spoke breakage when using existing / used spokes at the customer’s request as there may be existing damage or metal fatigue which may not be visible
3. I reserve the right to cut out the old spokes when rebuilding the wheels with new spokes
4. I do not return old spokes and nipples to the customer for safety reasons as these may be unsafe for re-use

Payments and acceptance of work

1. Payment of deposit before work commences may apply and is at my sole discretion
2. Payment must be made in full before taking collection of new or existing wheels
3. I reserve the right to refuse to work on existing wheels depending on make, model and condition as some parts may not be available locally or the wheels may use proprietary technology for which I am not equipped
